Her participation in prestigious events such as the Junior Asian Championship in Jakarta, the SAF in Bangkok, and her achievements as a medalist at the IPSF in South Korea, and as a national medalist from 2002 to 2010 highlight her dedication and talent in athletics. Notably, her prowess in events like triathlon, pentathlon, long jump, triple jump, 100m hurdles, and the 100m sprint led her to become a national record holder in long jump in 2005. Radhika’s outstanding contributions to athletics earned her a place in the Chief Minister’s Champions Scheme for athletics, underscoring her status as a distinguished athlete.
